iGram.pk respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We do not host, store, or redistribute Instagram content on our servers. Our tool acts as a browser-based utility that helps users download publicly available content directly from Instagram to their own devices.
How iGram.pk Works
When a user submits an Instagram URL, iGram.pk retrieves the publicly available media from Instagram's servers and facilitates a direct download to the user's device. We do not create copies, cache media files, or make content available to other users. Each download is a one-time, user-initiated action.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and phone number)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific Instagram URL(s) of the content in question
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
How We Respond
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the complaint within 48 hours
- Block the reported URL from being processed through our service if applicable
- Notify the user who submitted the URL, if identifiable
- Maintain a record of the takedown request
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content was removed or blocked by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] that includes:
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
iGram.pk reserves the right to block access to our service for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
Limitation of Liability
iGram.pk does not control, host, or store any content from Instagram. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and use any content obtained through our service. We encourage all users to respect creators' rights and to use downloaded content only with proper authorization.
