Troubleshooting
Download fails or shows an error
Make sure you copied the full Instagram URL and that the post is still publicly available. Try refreshing iGram.pk and pasting the URL again. If the account was recently switched to private, external tools cannot access it.
Only one image from a carousel post
Use the main post URL (instagram.com/p/CODE), not a direct link to a single slide. iGram will detect the carousel and show all slides for individual download.
Video quality seems low
iGram downloads at the highest quality Instagram provides. If the result looks low quality, the creator may have uploaded it at a lower resolution. Instagram also applies its own compression to uploads.
Cannot save files on iPhone
Safari saves files to the Downloads folder in the Files app. To move a video to your Camera Roll: open Files, find the video, tap Share, then tap Save Video.
