If you encounter problems while using Downloadgram, check the solutions below for the most common issues. Most problems can be resolved by verifying the URL and ensuring the content is publicly accessible.

The download button does not appear after pasting the URL

Make sure you copied the complete Instagram URL. A valid URL should start with instagram.com or www.instagram.com and include the post identifier (e.g., /p/ABC123 or /reel/ABC123). Try refreshing the page, clearing the input field, and pasting the URL again. If the problem persists, the post may have been deleted or the account switched to private.

Downloaded photo or video appears in low quality

iGram downloads content at the highest quality Instagram provides. If the result appears low quality, the creator may have uploaded it at a lower resolution. For videos, check if multiple quality options are offered and select the highest one. Note that Instagram applies its own compression to uploads, which can affect the final quality.

Error message saying the content is unavailable
